Groups

Home Groups

Home groups usually run in 3 to 4 week blocks.  If you have a general enquiry about home groups please see Peter or Kathy.

We are looking to start a new home group or Alpha group in the next few weeks (by early July) - if you are interested then please chat to Peter or Cathy or contact us.

Yarraville Home Group   meets on Monday evenings 7.30pm.  We are looking to make a group that is a supportive community that will combine prayer, bible study and social time. Please talk to James or Kylie or ask for more information via the contact us form.

TreeHouse Tunes 

Every Thursday 10-12, we are running TreeHouse Tunes.  This is a play and music group in the church building in Stevedore St., Wiliamstown. All mums and dads are welcome to come with their toddlers or pre-schoolers, it's a great opportunity to meet other people while the kids have fun. Men's Breakfasts

Every other month we have a men's breakfast.  This year they will be on the last Sunday of every even month and will be held in the church building on Stevedore St.  The rest of this year's dates are:

25th Aug
27th Oct

For those less familiar with our gatherings, the formalities are pretty easy to follow. First, 7:30am to 8:30am will be a time for general chit chat and eating breakfast. For those whose brains wake up 3 hours after their body does, it’s also a time to consume caffeine.... or whatever (legal) mind stimulant you need.
 

Then from 8:30am to 9:30am, there will be a chance for everyone to combine their respective intellects in the pursuit of answers to the questions posed around the topic of the morning. This is pretty informal and people chip in with what they think is important. Of course you are free to sit back and absorb what everyone else is saying. Either way, as long as the Holy Spirit speaks to you in some form then we’ll count that as a morning well spent.
